Kim,
I just wanted to let you know that I think you're doing a great job for us, and it's much appreciated. I like working with you for several reasons: you're intelligent, you know your business, you take your business seriously, you have a great work ethic, you're patient and understanding, and you allow us the freedom and time to make our own choices knowing that it's a huge financial and emotional investment. I have a deep respect for you and have very much enjoyed working with you. This isn't a goodbye letter, rather it's a thank you letter for everything you've done thus far for us. I think we're getting close to wrapping this up and actually buying a house, so we won't have a whole lot of business dealings after that, but I do want you to know that at any time I am asked if I know of a good real estate agent, trust that I will send them your way.
We are often quick at telling someone what they did wrong, but don't often let people know when they do something right. I think it's important to let people know when they are doing a good job, and I would put you in an "outstanding" category. I cannot thank you enough for all you've done for us so far. I seriously doubt there is any other real estate agent out there that is capable of providing your level of service, so I thank you once again.

I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude regarding the services of Kim Darwaza. My experience with RE/MAX Allegiance began on a very negative note. The RE/MAX Allegiance real estate agent that I initially came in contact with left me with grave reservations. This negative experience prompted you to reassign me to an agent that you personally recommended, Kim Darwaza. Kim is the epitome of customer service and professionalism that has exceeded my expectations and has offered me the opportunity to forge a wonderful friendship.
Kim provided superb REALTOR customer service in the search, purchase, and settlement of the home buying process. She provided me with a market analysis by doing a comprehensive search of properties and researching area school profiles that met my criteria. She never failed to communicate with me and kept me informed at all times. Kim went the extra mile and provided sound advice and professional recommendations that enabled me to make informed decisions. She assisted me in obtaining the services of Array Mortgage and SGL Partners, LLC dba The Settlement Group, Inc., which provided reasonable transaction fees for their services. Again, the individuals from the mortgage and settlement group were very accommodating, professional, and made the finance and settlement processes seamless.
Kim took a person interest in my satisfaction and was always on top of issues that arose, which made purchasing a home a very rewarding experience. She commemorated this life event with a beautiful gift basket and instrumental in obtaining a one-year home warranty service courtesy of Array Mortgage, LLC.
Kim's dedication did not cease upon completion of the purchase of my home. Kim made the first night in my home even more memorable, she provided a wonderful meal for me and my family to include the savory meal, dinner ware, and beverages! It was delicious and well appreciated! I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to have Kim as a real estate agent and as a friend!
I highly recommend Kim to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, friendly, customer-oriented, and dedicated real estate agent. Kim is "one in a million" and should be recognized for her superb customer service and professionalism.

My husband Matthew and I would like to take this opportunity to thank both RE/MAX Allegiance and your realtor, Ms. Kimberly Darwaza, for your help with purchasing our first home. As first time homebuyers, we had limited knowledge of how the purchase process worked and how to even begin searching for a home to purchase.
Prior to contacting Ms. Darwaza, my husband and I had several reservations about working with a realtor. Our biggest fear was that we would be pushed into purchasing a home that didn’t necessarily fit our needs or budget. We also worried that a realtor might not be patient with the many questions a first time home buyer often has.
Immediately upon contacting Ms. Darwaza, our fears about being pushed into a home were removed. Kim explained the entire home buying process in painstaking detail for two people who were complete novices at the process. Her extensive first time home buyers kit was a wealth of knowledge for us. When Matthew and I did have questions, Kim was readily available and extremely patient with our many questions.

| Kim Darwaza is the best Real Estate Agent we've had so far. She worked diligently to show us every house we wanted to see. She made sure she did the research on the neighborhood and schools. She did all her homework and provided us the right information to make the right decision. In the end, we bought the perfect house and managed to go through inspection and settlement smoothly. What ever issues arised, Kim made sure she was on top of it and left us with very little to worry about. Buying a house can be a long and frustrating process, but Kim made it very enjoyable. She even provided us with a goody basket filled with community news and local restaurant picks after we moved in!
