Buyer Client Sale in Del Ray Neighborhood of City of Alexandria - Northern Virginia Real Estate
This was actually one of the few regular sales (not a short sale or foreclosure) that I have sold this year. It is a hot property that is located in Del Ray. I actually had another client that was interested in the property but the owner was sick when they wanted to see it so they wound up going with another property. I was some how lucky enough to get my client in quickly when another contract looked rocky. We did a back up offer and we actually became the primary when the original purchaser couldn't clear their contingencies. Del Ray is a realy hot neighborhood right now in Alexandria, very close to DC where properties get snatched up quickly and prices are not going down like they are in other neighborhods. If you are interested in buying in this neighborhood and find a property you like be prepared to move quickly or else someone else will get it.
