Washington, DC came in 17th in the Children's Health Magazine - 100 Best (and Worst) Places to Raise a Family. Personally I think that it should be re-labeled as Northern Virginia. We all know that Loudoun and Fairfax Counties are the two wealthiest counties in the US, have very low unemployment, and school systems that are among the top in the country.
