Picky first-time buyers losing out on great housing deals

I thought that this was an interesting article. I feel like a lot of people pay for the sparkle in a house with a floorplan or in a neighborhood that isn't as great. When we bought our house in 1999 it was move-in ready but needed a lot of updating.
